To receive your library card, simply fill out an application and present identification at the circulation desk with your current Luzerne County address. Library cards are free to residents of Luzerne County. Those who live outside the county who do not have an Access Pennsylvania sticker on their local card may obtain a library card at a cost of $25.00/yr.
